I'm so happy when this "metal frame" looking effect turns out well.
When I got this paper stack from DCWV Tattered Time, I knew I found the right paper for this photo :)
The photo was taken by Sillyfrog quite sometimes ago and he painted it to the effect that he likes and I was having a little hard time to create something with this photo, searching thru all the paper stacks on my stash, then I noticed, nothing is perfect for this photo lol means need to do shopping again LOL
